Funding

Homes for Homes invites housing providers who can increase the supply of social and affordable housing to apply for grant funding. $490,000 is available in this grant round:

  • $100,000 available in Tasmania
  • $90,000 available in Western Australia
  • $100,000 available in the City of Casey (VIC)
  • $200,000 available in the Australian Capital Territory

Applications must be submitted by 5pm on Friday 4 October 2024.

Homes for Homes takes an open and flexible approach to the type of housing projects it will fund and invites applicants to present projects that will best address housing issues in their area. Project applications should demonstrate they will deliver an increase in the supply of social and affordable housing.
