Homes for Homes invites housing providers who can increase the supply of social and affordable housing to apply for grant funding.
- $220,000 available to NSW
- $200,000 available to City of Yarra (VIC)
Applications must be submitted by 5pm on Friday 12 December 2025. Successful applicants will be notified in May 2026.

Homes for Homes takes an open and flexible approach to the type of housing projects it will fund and invites applicants to present projects that will best address housing issues in their area. Project applications should demonstrate they will deliver an increase in the supply of social and affordable housing.
